Covid19 Guidlines
Hello FH Hockey parents and players,
To ensure we do our part in preventing contracting and spread of the virus and for the safety of our players, coaches, and others we will be following the attached COVID-19 guidelines. These attached guidelines are based upon the most recent CDC Guidelines for playing sports and COVID-19 prevention. We ask that each parent and player review these guidelines and most importantly please be respectful, responsible, and considerate during these times. If an outbreak should occur we risk having enough healthy players to continue play and Mid States could decide to end the season. We all want players to be on the ice, and if each do our part the end result is a fun hockey season.
Please understand that if anyone within our club has a COVID-19 or other health related contagious infection, we must protect the privacy of our club members. While it will be important for our club to notify those that may have been in contact with a person(s) infected or potentially infected based upon information we receive, we are committed to protecting the privacy of personal health information.
Our coaches and board members are committed to and looking out for the health and safety of our club. We will regularly monitor the COVID situation and send notification and updates as needed. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to a healthy and successful season of Vikings Hockey!
