Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
In the event that a portion of the Francis Howell Hockey season has a mandated closure or cancellation, Francis Howell Hockey will refund a portion of the hockey season. The refund rate will be based on the time frame of the season when the cancellation/closure occurs. Initially families that choose to pay in full for the season will receive a refund of the amount of months left in the season, based on the payment plan. Those that choose to do the payment plan will not be charged for months not paid.

St. Charles Invitational
No refunds unless specially approved by the Francis Howell Hockey Board. Registration fees cannot be prorated. All deposits are non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by the Francis Howell Hockey Board. Refunds will only be issued prior to the start date of a program or in the case of certain extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by the Francis Howell Hockey Board. If there are any mandated camp interruptions or cancellations due to government restrictions or Missouri Hockey restrictions, refund decisions will be dealt with in an equitable fashion. All refunds are subject to a 10% charge for administrative costs.
