Francis Howell fields teams at the Varsity, JV and B level each season, providing players of all levels the opportunity to compete for and represent their high school. The Francis Howell Hockey Club is a not for profit organization whose purpose is to provide high school hockey opportunities to 7th – 12th grade students who reside within the Francis Howell High School district. Though Francis Howell Hockey Club is a non-school sponsored club, it plays under the Vikings name and logo and conducts itself in a manner that reflects positively upon the Francis Howell High School.
The Varsity/JV seasons begin with practices in early September and run through the playoffs in February. B team practices will begin the first week of November and conclude in March.
Each of our teams participates in the Mid-States High School Hockey league. The number of games varies depending team. Varsity usually plays a 21 game schedule, JV a 16 game schedule, and B team 10-14 game schedule.
