Vikings Defeat Wentzville Holt 2-1 in St. Chuck Cup

Francis Howell Varsity earned a 2-1 victory over Wentzville Holt on Sunday in St. Chuck Cup action.

#47 Nate Angelo opened the scoring for Howell in the first period with an unassisted goal to put the Vikings on the board.

Angelo struck again in the second period, this time with #31 Dettman picking up the assist, giving Howell a 2-0 advantage. Holt answered later in the period to cut the lead to one, but the Vikings shut the door from there and held on for the 2-1 win.
